With Christmas done and 2016 nearly upon us, (where has the year gone?!) we recap with our top 15 from 2015.

1. Beautiful photos of 70’s Skate Girls!
In the top spot is this post of lovely photographs of skater girls in the 1970’s. This one also made it into our list last year and has proved to be one of the most viewed articles so far.
2. Leticia Bufoni ESPN Body Issue
Remember the time Leticia Bufoni posed nude for the ESPN body issue? This caused a bit of controversy amongst the skate communities when the issue was published. Each to their own we say.
3. 6 yr old Sky from California
OMG! We love Sky! Now she’s 7 and is blowing up the internet with her kickflips and insane bowl skating!
4. SkatePAL And Girl Skating In Palestine
We are glad this made it into our top 5 posts of 2015, SkatePAL is an amazing project run by a group of dedicated volunteers and these short films by our good friend Dani Abulhawa are inspiring.
5. Topshop Skate Shoot Gallery & Footage!
In a bid to use real sportspeople in their summer fashion shoot, Topshop got in touch with skate photographer Charlotte Thomas to direct and photograph their ‘Skatergirl’ collection.
6. Barcelona Ladies Street Edit
In sixth spot is this edit from a couple of sunny weeks in Barcelona back in the early summer months. Oh how we wish we were there now 😦
7. I am Woman. I am Skateboarder
Our author Tash wrote a piece for International Womens Day, “a day to celebrate the achievements not only of women in sport and skateboarding, but women everywhere globally just…BEING.”
Always a popular one is our Push The Prom galleries and write ups for Go Skateboarding Day, this year we hosted our second annual event… and we can’t wait for next year!
9. Is This The Best Girls Edit of 2015 So Far?!
Stef and Rianne smash it in this Bilbao edit on an Animal shoot early this year.
10. Girl Skate Classes Begin in Palestine
The Palestine ladies come in the top 10 once again, we look forward to hearing more from these girls in 2016.
11. Emma Richardson For A Limited Time Only
Emma Richardson is a good friend of ours, we put together this little compilation of insta clips whilst she was back in the homeland (she works and lives in France).
12. Groundbreaking European Female Skate Film Dropping Winter 2015
