Josie Millard is a 16 year old shredder from Brighton, skating for only 4 years she has already been hooked up by clothing company Brahboys and more recently, Altar Skate Shop; a rad little skater owned shop based in Dartford, Kent.
We caught up with Josie to see what she’s been upto…
Hey Josie! what have you been up to lately, and do you have any plans for next year?
I’ve been skating with friends mostly. I’ve also been filming with Jenna and Lucy for the ‘Days Like These’ film – Jenna’s new full length female skate video.
I don’t really have any plans for next year! I hope to be skating in new places and to keep meeting new people!
Who do you like to skate with?
All my friends and locals!
There’s been loads going on this summer, what’s been your favourite skate event so far?
So many to choose from but probably Push the Prom! It was so good to see that many girls skating in Brighton.
Josie is currently nursing a rolled ankle after her fall at the Revolution Girls Jam at the weekend which won her Best Slam. She’s gutted not to be skating the Mile End comp this Sunday but we hope she takes it easy and gets better real soon!!
