In celebration of international women’s day this year, there are a whole host of rad female focused events going on at parks across the country.

LONDON
FRI 8th MARCH // 7:30PM
BAY SIXTY6 Are hosting their monthly girls night tonight, with yoga, workshops and pop up stalls. We will have a Girl Skate UK pop up shop there tonight so take along some pocket money and grab yourself something pretty!
SAT 9th MARCH // MIDDAY
HOUSE OF VANS are running their ‘GET ON BOARD’ girls skate camp tomorrow, with the likes of Lucy Adams, Helena Long and Amy Ram on hand to coach!
SUN 10th MARCH // 1pm.
West Norwood picture house are hosting a screening of the Skate Kitchen Film on Sunday 10th March at 1pm.
SHEFFIELD
FRI 8th MARCH // ALL DAY
The House Skatepark in Sheffield will be letting all ladies in HALF PRICE today and boards/safety equipment are available to hire for free. 8 wheels welcome!
LEEDS
SAT 9th MARCH // MIDDAY
Rolling With The Girls are hosting a Leeds meet up tomorrow at Hyde Park, and if it rains the ladies will be taking shelter at LS:TEN (formerly Works Skatepark) Hit up @RWTGLEEDS on insta to keep in the loop on times.
NOTTINGHAM
SAT 9th MARCH // 12-7PM
OUR FIFTH BIRTHDAY PARTY! We are hosting our birthday jam TOMORROW at Flo Skatepark to coincide with IWD. Come along from 12pm where it’ll be a girls obly session for the first two hours, with pizza, beer and prizes for everybody after that.
MANCHESTER
SAT 30th MARCH // 6PM
The Manchester ladies have a huge girls only night going at Pumpcage in a better late than never celebration of IWD. with coaching available for beginners from 5-9pm, all equipment is provided! There will be an after party from 9pm with a new Pumpcage x Beatnikz beer launch!
BRISTOL
FRI 8th MARCH // 6-9PM
Artemis Skateboards have teamed up with Campus Pool to bring you a pizza and skate night! There will also be a charity raffle. Head down from 6pm!
