BLACK LIVES MATTER: What you can do to help fight racism

D5C053EB-1BCE-48B8-8A92-963497C8138A

In response to the horrific scenes we are witnessing across the waters, we will be altering our social media presence this week, in order to open up space for discussion surrounding racism and thoughts / emotions on current events by sharing recommended reading whilst promoting accounts that allow us to educate ourselves on anti black suppression and racial injustice.

It is not the responsibility of our black friends to simply tell us what we can do to help, we must educate ourselves. It is not enough to simply say we are not racist, we must be actively anti racist.

Every single one of us can play a part and make a difference, show up, make a stand, protest, share resources, sign petitions, make noise. Don’t be silent.

Black lives matter.
